The hotel was very conveniently located next to the metro which made sight-seeing a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable (P.S. room was bed-bug free during our stay which is an important consideration considering the current situation with those critters). But the highlight of the stay had to be the staff which were so pleasant and helpful. Special call-out to Quentin who made our check-in so pleasant despite the room being delayed slightly. He was kind enough to chat with us and to give us complimentary drinks at the hotel bar as the room was being prepared. Epitome of the perfect service.

everything is blatantly old - carpets, furniture, plumbing, rooms, smell In the future, we will prefer to stay in a 4-star hotel, but more modern. If this hotel had not been a member of the loyalty program, we would never have stayed there. Despite the highest status, we were not upgraded in category despite the empty occupancy

We spent 3 nights at Le Royal in one of the Circular Junior Suites. It was a very comfortable room. Very quiet. The updated bathroom was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Nice sofa, chairs and table. Good space for luggage. Very good breakfast. The only caveat was that not all of the Circular Junior Suites are the same. We traveled with friends whose room included an outdated bathroom.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights and it was our first time staying at a M Gallery chain. We chose it mainly because the pictures online looked really quaint and the reviews seemed pretty good, however in reality, the room was super tiny (we could hardly move around with 2 large suitcases open), the furniture was all quite old and the shower in the bathroom was also very weak. To be fair, the bed was very comfortable. Although we informed the hotel beforehand that it was our honeymoon and we are ALL Platinum members, there was no acknowledgment of our special occasion nor were we offered a room upgrade (as we would automatically get in other places), so it was disappointing that the ALL membership doesn’t count for anything at M Gallery. Overall does not feel like a 5-star hotel so will have to manage your expectations if you decide to stay here.

Well located hotel but very old and run down. We were given a room with broken cabinets and on request they changed the room but it was nothing better. The bed was comfortable but the toilet seat was too high for comfort, the curtains wouldn't shut properly, was worried that they would fall off if pulled hard. For the amount charged there was nothing exceptional in the hotel. Full marks to the concierge for good service and the excellent breakfast were the only highlight of the stay.

The hotel was superb in a strategic location right across from the giant wheel, the suite was amazing, very spacious with an unbeatable view. The staff is excellent, helpful, polite, the breakfast is perfect with many options. excellent environment incredible cleanliness.

My overall experience was ok. I wish i was in a better room where i get more sun, more view. To me the hotel needed some renovation to get the fresh tidy look. Breakfast had a limited choice for a 5 star hotel plus the breakfast area needs more ventilation since there is no windows or light exposure. Price was around 660 euros for 2 nights which was over priced to me.
